1. Eligibility for Returns

must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be
eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging,
and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain
items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads,
are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
- Contact

return request.
- Provide
your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
- Once
your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return
shipping address and instructions.
3. Refunds
- After
we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved
refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited
back to your original payment method.
- Shipping
fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only
replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange,
contact us at support@storify.shop with details and proof of the
issue.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers
are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items
unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We
recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Exceptions
- Sale
items and digital planners are non-refundable.
- Items
marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
